APPLICATION OF THE CODE OF ETHICS

In regards to the life style elements of the Teachers Code of Ethics (unanimous with three abstentions):

L1 graduates should confirm they recognize that these are elements of a KY teacher's life style, and that, if they do not currently conform to them, that they are actively striving to do so.
L2 graduates should be completely compliant by time of L2 certification. (L2 courses give person opportunity to make required personal transformations.)
Applicants to the Aquarian Trainer Academy should recognize importance of having internalized these elements of a yogic lifestyle and be fully compliant before being accepted as an Intern.
In regards to current trainers:
The following guidelines apply when listing participating trainers on Level One and Level Two PR pieces:
- As part of the 2007 Trainer License renewal, trainers will be asked to confirm they understand that compliance to the life style elements of the Code of Ethics will be required of all current trainers in 2008. Along with an offer of assistance for any individual who still needs support in changing habits.
- As part of the 2008 Trainer License renewal, a signed confirmation that the trainer does comply with life style elements of the Code of Ethics.
