L2 Certification Requirement for L1 Trainers
Background:

One of the criteria to enter the Aquarian Trainer Academy as an Intern is Level Two certification.

The qualifier "where possible" was added because until last year, Level Two programs were not universally available except in Europe.

Currently applicants outside of Europe, are told, if they do not have Level Two certification, they must be "actively working towards" it.

Currently three of the five Level Two newly developed modules are being taught internationally. The final two will be launched in July 2007 and February 2008.

The Level Two is considered a two year program.

Therefore it is proposed that the qualifier be removed and that KRI policy be:

Beginning January 1, 2011, all Level One Lead and Professional Trainers must be fully Level Two certified.

In other areas of world where Level Two has not been readily available, compliance with this requirement will be dealt with on an individual bases by the Trainer Certification Committee.
