2010/11 Teacher Trainer License Renewal Application
- KRI requires that all Associate, Specialist, Professional and Lead Trainers renew their licenses annually. (Interns do not need to re-license.)
- KRI approves contracts for Aquarian Teacher Training Programs only if all members of the trainer team are fully licensed.
- The license is valid from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.
Trainers Directory and BIO: This year Lead Trainers will have the opportunity to include in the BIO section of this application important information about their Level One and Level Two programs, where they teach in the world, language(s), and their specialties. This information will be loaded onto the KRI website and shared with the 3HO website. Our intention is to offer this same feature to Professional Trainers and Specialists at a future date. Please note we do encourage ALL trainers to fill out the BIO as this helpful information will be added to your electronic file.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
I agree to the following terms of licensing:
- I will teach only the Teachings of Yogi Bhajan and Kundalini Yoga that are KRI approved when teaching in KRI Teacher Training programs, and teach Kundalini Yoga kriyas only as given by Yogi Bhajan. I will not teach or add/subtract any material to this program without written permission from KRI.
- As a trainer, I understand the importance of maintaining a strong personal practice and sadhana.
- To honor my teacher, I understand and communicate the importance of contributing to Gurudaskshina for Kundalini Yoga Teachers and Trainers and I practice it as an example to my students and trainees.
- All KRI Teacher Trainers are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the highest professional standards, including but not limited to, the KRI/IKYTA Code of Ethics and Professional Standards.
- I am committed to living a yogic lifestyle in accordance with the Code of Ethics: I abstain from alcoholic beverages, tobacco and non-prescription drugs, and eat a vegetarian diet.
- I have no physical, mental or background behavioral issue that will prevent me from properly performing as a KRI licensed Teacher Trainer; I understand that KRI reserves the right to check my background.
- KRI retains the right to review my credentials or to request updated information at any time.
- KRI may revoke my right to use the KRI Teacher Trainer license for cause, including but not limited to, ceasing to meet one or more of the requirements for license or failure to uphold the standards set forth in the Code of Ethics for Kundalini Yoga Teachers.
- I understand that I must renew my trainer's license by June 30, 2010 or I will be delinquent and no longer qualified to be part of a KRI trainer team;
- I understand "Inactive" to mean that I may retain my membership and classification in the Aquarian Trainer Academy for a two-year period even though I am not currently part of a Trainer team. After this two-year period, I will lose my membership and must reapply.
- I agree to submit a renewal application by electronic means. I understand that my electronic renewal application has the same legal effect and legal consequences as a signed paper document.
- I affirm that all information I submitted in this application is true, correct, and complete to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief. I understand that any material misrepresentation or any material omissions of fact in this application is grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of the license(s) that I am seeking.
Beginning January 1. 2011, all Level One Lead and Professional Trainers must be fully Level Two certified Practitioners.
I have fulfilled this requirement and I am already a Level Two practitioner
I have not met this requirement yet but I have taken the following modules:

I have not completed any Level Two modules
All Professional and Lead Trainers in North America and Europe are required to attend a minimum of two Trainer's Forums every three years as part of their licensing requirements. Associates, Interns and applicants of the Aquarian Trainer Academy are invited to attend these forums as well. The Trainers Forums you can register for online are:
- Summer Solstice: June 17th, in Espanola, NM held in the Langar Hall from 8:30 to 3:30. Includes lunch. COST: $50 / $60 at the door. At 4pm everyone in the Aquarian Trainer Academy and their spouses are invited to the KRI Gala at the Tarn Taran's home for entertainment and dinner!
- European Yoga Festival: August 5th, 9am - 5pm Fondjouan, France following the Yoga Festival. Includes lunch. COST: 35€ / 40€ at the door.
